Today's workout is as follows.

Do This:

  • 5 sets of 10 x pull-ups
  • 3 sets of 10 x seated cable rows
  • 4 sets of 10 x barbell curls
  • 3 sets of 10 x deadlifts
  • 3 sets of 10 x back extensions
Then Do This:


  • 25 minutes of cardio
