It's a LOT for me, so I am not sure if I will hit 100% of the work outs, but I only did o.k. in the half due to lazy training habits. I am going to do my best to stick to this plan, improve my form and look for a sub 1:40:00 half marathon at both the Army Half on 18 Sep and the Montreal Half on 25 Sep.
