Today's workout is as follows:
Do This Five Times
:
15 jump-and-tucks
15 burpees
15 lunges (each leg)
15 side jumps over a box, platform, or bench
15 plyometric or clapping push-ups
10 incline presses
Then Do This Five Times
:
7 frog-jumps
20 C-clamp crunches
