Workout Of The Day

It seems I have caught a bit of a cold while travelling over the weekend. As a result, I should take it easy on my workout today. Luckily I did some strength training yesterday. Today I'll do a light cardio-only workout. The goal here will mostly be to move my muscles around and use up some blood sugar without taxing my lungs too hard. (The more heavily you breathe when you have a cold, the more likely you'll develop a chest infection or chest congestion.)

Thirty to forty-five minutes, as usual.
