Workout Of The Day

My knee is feeling great and I'm back at it today. Of course, the last thing anyone should do on their first day back after recovering from tendonitis is too much, too soon. It's important to start off modestly and see how it goes, adding distance and/or intensity as your body responds positively.

If you're following along with me at home, this is the workout we'll do today:

  • 3 x 30 push-ups
  • 3 x 12 pull-ups
  • 3 x 20 hanging leg-raises
  • 30 minute run
