I decided to do a light two-a-day workout today. I realize the early morning is long gone at this point, but on the off-chance that you just woke up and would like to try a two-a-day of your own today, here is today's workout recommendation.
- 3 x 35 push-ups
- 3 x 50 crunches
- 3 x 50 jumping jacks
- 3 x 12 pull-ups
- 30-40 minute run, as the spirit moves you
