Rainy day, lots of errands to run after work. This is the sort of day on which it is difficult to get a nice, solid, difficult workout in. My knee feels good, so I'll give it another 30 minutes of running today. Calisthenics are optional.
- 3 x 12 pull-ups (Note: Always attempt a muscle-up on the last repetition; eventually it would be nice to do muscle-ups instead of push-ups and pull-ups. Combination movements are always a better option than isolation movements.)
- 3 x 20 hanging leg raises
- 3 x 15 back extensions
- 3 x 10 lateral raises
