Workout Of The Day

I'll be heading out for a five-mile run today to allow my muscles to recover from yesterday's brutal tricep/chest workout.

I think I will run this workout as a fartlek because I have been neglecting speed and pace work over the last two months, in favor of the 8W thing. I would like to try to become a bit stronger of a runner over the fall/winter season.
