Workout Of The Day

Make it a shoulder day today. This can be difficult, but it's the kind of thing that really pays off.

First Do This:
  • 3 x 10 lateral raises
  • 3 x 10 military press
  • 3 x 10 front raises
  • 3 x 10 shoulder shrugs
Then Do This:
  • 4 mile fartlek run: 2 minutes hard, 2 minutes easy, repeat until finished
