Monday is triceps-and-chest day. I feel like doing some good, old-fashioned weight lifting today, so here is what I am suggesting:
First Do This:
- 3 x 10 bench press
- 3 x 10 incline press
- 3 x 10 cable crossovers
- 3 x 10 tricep pressdowns
- 3 x 10 cable tricep extensions
- 4 mile run
