Workout Of The Day

I'm feeling a bit of tendonitis in my knee (common for me) today. So rather than running, I think I'll head over to the gym and give myself a killer arm workout.

  • 3 x 11 pull-ups
  • 3 x 30 push-ups
  • 3 x 10 incline press
  • 3 x 10 tricep pressdown
  • 3 x 10 seated cable rows
  • 3 x 10 lateral raises
  • 3 x 10 shoulder shrugs
  • 3 x 20 ab crunch machine
I probably won't be easy, but it's sure to be fun!
