I'm feeling a bit of tendonitis in my knee (common for me) today. So rather than running, I think I'll head over to the gym and give myself a killer arm workout.
- 3 x 11 pull-ups
- 3 x 30 push-ups
- 3 x 10 incline press
- 3 x 10 tricep pressdown
- 3 x 10 seated cable rows
- 3 x 10 lateral raises
- 3 x 10 shoulder shrugs
- 3 x 20 ab crunch machine
