Workout Of The Day

Yesterday's workout was excellent. It felt good to get back to doing running-specific workouts again. So today, I'm going to take things further in that direction. I haven't set aside any time for strength training today, but I also don't want to tack on too many miles too soon, and risk tendonitis or some other injury.

Thus, today's workout will be a simple, modest, moderately paced 40-minute run.
