8W: Week 1 / Day 3

Today's workout is as follows:

Do This Three Times:

  • A1: 10 pull-ups
  • B1: 10 one-arm cable curls (10 each arm)
  • A2: 10 barbell curls
  • B2: 10 deadlifts
  • A3: burpees with a jump
  • B3: 10 incline dumbbell curls
Then Do This:

  • 20 minutes of cardio training
Note 1: During the strength training section of this workout, do A1/B1 three times, followed by A2/B2 three times, followed by A3/B3 three times.
