Today's workout is as follows:
Do This Five Times
:
10 jump-and-tucks
10 burpees
10 lunges (each leg)
10 side jumps over a box or platform
10 plyometric push-ups (e.g. clapping)
10 incline presses
Then Do This Five Times
:
5 frog jumps
15 C-clamp crunches
