- A1: 10 pull-ups
- B1: 10 one-arm cable curls (10 each arm)
- A2: 10 barbell curls
- B2: 10 deadlifts
- A3: burpees with a jump
- B3: 10 incline dumbbell curls
- 20 minutes of cardio training
Note 1: During the strength training section of this workout, do A1/B1 three times, followed by A2/B2 three times, followed by A3/B3 three times.
