Do This Three Times:
  • 13 lateral raises
  • 13 standing shoulder dumbbell presses
  • 13 rear deltoid raises
Then Do This Three Times:
  • 13 upright rows
  • 13 dumbbell shoulder shrugs
  • 13 standing front rows
