Today's workout is as follows:

Do This Three Times:

  • 10 lateral raises
  • 10 standing dumbbell shoulder presses
  • 10 rear delt raises
Then Do This Three Times:

  • 10 upright rows
  • 10 dumbbell shoulder shrugs
  • 10 standing front rows
Note 1: Choosing appropriate levels of resistance is crucial to getting a good workout today.
