Today's workout is as follows:
Do Each A/B Superset Three Times:
- A: 10 pull ups
- B: 10 one-arm cable curls (each arm)
- A: 10 barbell curls
- B: 10 deadlifts
- A: 10 burpees w/ a jump at the end
- B: 10 incline dumbbell curls
- 25 minutes of cardio training
Note 1: Don't forget to increase the resistance from last time!
