Today's workout is as follows:

Do This Five Times:
  • 10 jump-and-tucks
  • 10 burpees
  • 10 lunges (each leg)
  • 10 side jumps over a box or platform
  • 10 plyometric push-ups (e.g. clapping)
  • 10 incline presses
Then Do This Five Times:
  • 5 frog jumps
  • 15 C-clamp crunches
