Today's workout is as follows:

Do This:
  • 5 sets of 10 pull-ups
  • 3 sets of 10 seated cable rows
  • 4 sets of 10 barbell curls
  • 3 sets of 10 deadlifts
  • 3 sets of 10 back extensions
Then Do This:
  • 20 minutes of cardio training
