Today's workout is as follows:

Do This Five Times:
  • 15 jump-and-tucks
  • 15 burpees
  • 15 lunges (each leg)
  • 15 side jumps over a box, platform, or bench
  • 15 plyometric or clapping push-ups
  • 10 incline presses
Then Do This Five Times:
  • 7 frog-jumps
  • 20 C-clamp crunches
