8W: Week 4 / Day 1

Today's workout is as follows.

Do Three Sets of Each of the Following:
  • 10 x bench press
  • 10 x incline press
  • 10 x tricep pressdown
  • 10 x cable crossover
  • 10 x overhead press
  • 10 x plyometric push-ups
Then Do This:
  • 25 minutes of cardio
Note: Don't forget to increase the weight by 2.5-5.0 lbs. per exercise.
