Today's workout is as follows.

Do This Five Times:

  • 15 x jump-and-tucks
  • 15 x burpees
  • 15 x lunges (each leg)
  • 15 x side jumps over a box/platform
  • 15 x plyometric push-ups
Then Do This:


  • 7 x frog jumps
  • 20 x C-clamp crunches
