8W: Week 6, Day 1

Today's workout is as follows.

Do This:
  • Side jump over a box, bench, or platform
  • Lunge (each leg)
  • Pull-up
  • Hanging torso twist (each side)
  • Do this as a ladder: 1 of each, then 2 of each, then 3, 4, 5, 6, 7; then go back down 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
Then Do This:
  • 35 minutes of cardio
