- Side jump over a box, bench, or platform
- Lunge (each leg)
- Pull-up
- Hanging torso twist (each side)
- Do this as a ladder: 1 of each, then 2 of each, then 3, 4, 5, 6, 7; then go back down 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
- 35 minutes of cardio
