8W: Week 7 / Day 3

Today's workout is as follows.

Do each of these three times:
  • 10 clean-and-presses / 10 squats
  • 10 deadlifts / 10 bent barbell rows
  • 10 pull-ups / 10 jump-and-tucks
Then do this:
  • 35 minutes of fast cardio (push yourself)
