8W: Week 7 / Day 1

Today's workout is as follows.

Do this as a ladder (1 of each, then 2 of each, then 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1:
  • Box jump
  • Push-up
  • Pull-up
  • Hanging leg raise
Then do this:
  • 40 minutes of cardio
This is our 7th of 8 weeks. PUSH!
