8W: Week 8 / Day 3

Today's workout is as follows.

First, do each of the following three times:
  • 10 dumbbell front raises / 10 squats with dumbbells held overhead
  • 10 back extensions / 10 bent front dumbbell rows
  • 10 pull-ups / 10 jump-and-tucks
Then do this:
  • 35 minutes of cardio
