8W: Week 5 / Day 1

Today's workout is as follows:

Do the following as a "ladder*:"
  • Box jump
  • Push-up
  • Pull-up
  • Hanging leg raise
Then do this:
  • 30 minutes of cardio

* First do 1 each of everything, then 2 each of everything, then 3, 4, 5, 6, 7. After 7, go back to 6, then 5, 4, 3, 2,1.
