Today's workout is as follows.

Do Each Superset Three Times:

  • 10 x Dumbbell front raise / 10 x squat with dumbbells held overhead
  • 10 x Back extension / 10 x bent front dumbbell row
  • 10 x pull-ups / 10 x jump-and-tucks
Then Do This:
  • 30 minutes of cardio
