8W: Week 8 / Day 1

Our final week begins today! The workout is as follows.

First, do the following as a ladder (1 of each, then 2 of each, then 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1):
  • Side jump over box/bench/platform
  • Lunge with dumbbells overhead (per leg)
  • Pull-up
  • Hanging torso twist
Then do this:
  • 45 minutes of cardio
