Today's workout is as follows.

First do each of these super-set three times:
  • 10x clean-and-press / 10x squats
  • 10x deadlifts / 10x bent barbell row
  • 10x pull-ups / 10x jump-and-tucks
Then do this:
  • 30 minutes of cardio
